Information we collect
When you ask to join the BuckChats™ beta list, we collect the information you submit, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, and any preference or message included with your request. We may also receive basic technical information that browsers ordinarily send when a website is visited, such as device, browser, and event-log information.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to confirm and manage your request, send the BuckChats™ beta updates you agreed to receive, respond to questions, protect the website, and improve the pre-launch experience. Providing a phone number does not mean you have agreed to marketing text messages; BuckChats™ will ask for separate consent before any marketing-text program is introduced.
Your choices
You may opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. You may also ask us to update, access, or delete information connected to your waitlist request, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Marketing choice: beta-list sign-up will include a clear, unchecked consent choice for optional promotional email. Service messages about your request may still be sent when needed.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No online system can promise absolute security. We retain waitlist information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including beta communication and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Questions or requests
For privacy questions or a request about your information, email buckchats@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
