BuckChats™ pre-launch · safety is part of the room

SAFETY CENTER

Every good room needs clear boundaries.

Use this page for practical, pre-launch safety guidance. It does not replace emergency services or professional support.

Urgent situations

If someone is in immediate danger: contact your local emergency services first. BuckChats™ is not an emergency-response service and should not be used to report time-sensitive danger.

Using rooms safely

Trust your instincts. You can leave a room or conversation at any time. Do not share passwords, financial information, your address, intimate images, identity documents, or other sensitive details in public spaces. Be cautious with anyone who asks you to move quickly, keep secrets, send money, or ignore your boundaries.

Private connections

Private settings are for verified adults where that feature is available, but privacy is not a substitute for consent. Get clear agreement before escalating a conversation. Do not pressure anyone to move to a private room, turn on a camera, share personal information, or take an interaction off-platform. Keep local laws and the Community Guidelines in view.

Report a safety concern

When in-app reporting is available, use it and include the most relevant details. For a pre-launch safety concern, email buckchats@gmail.com with the subject “Safety Report.” Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or graphic files by email unless our support team specifically asks through a secure process.

What beta means for safety

Safety tools, moderation workflows, verification, and support operations are being introduced in phases. We do not claim that automated detection, permanent evidence retention, or every final enforcement feature is active during this pre-launch period. Before public release, BuckChats™ will publish the operating rules and safeguards for features that are available.
